Here is a recent article about the use of Cellphones being used for education in India. I wonder what impact that would have were the U.S. to adopt this method of education as an additional course offering. Encapsulated learning on a variety of high-interest courses delivered to a student's cell phones. Check it out...i think it is an interesting concept.
